KEEP THE WORK IN CONTEXT

Less scattered context.
A clearer project review.

Keep project details, task status and recorded work time together.

Where does the work belong?

Organize projects and tasks under an account and give the relevant team access.

What is still open?

Review To do and In progress tasks alongside project status, rather than reconstructing every update.

Where did the effort go?

Review tracked work by account, project and task, then discuss the context with the team.

PROJECT & TASK WORKFLOWS

Plan the work.
Follow its progress.

01

Plan and assign.

Create projects under client accounts, organize tasks and connect teams to the accounts they work on.

  • Project and task creation with descriptions
  • Team and account assignments
  • Project and task file attachments
02

Track work and progress.

Keep task status and tracked effort in context, without treating time as proof of completion.

  • To do, In progress, Done and Cancelled task statuses
  • Desktop time by account, project and task
  • Worked, break and idle time summaries
03

Review and complete.

Review open tasks and work summaries, update the status and keep supporting files alongside the work.

  • Active, On hold, Completed and Cancelled projects
  • Task counts, status filters and work summaries
  • Employee project/task views within account and team access rules

Task status, tracked time and employee activity answer different questions. Neither tracked hours nor input-event counts establish productivity, quality or delivery. Confirm tracking scope, access and applicable legal requirements before rollout.

A PRACTICAL EXAMPLE

From a new project
to a completed task.

A fictional client-onboarding handover using supported statuses and tracking steps. Not a customer result.

  1. 01

    Create and organize.

An authorized user creates a Client onboarding project under Sample Studio, adds handover tasks and supporting files, and connects the team to the account.

  2. 02

    Work and update.

A team member selects the project/task in the desktop tracker. Work is tracked against that context; task status can move from To do to In progress.

  3. 03

    Review and complete.

An authorized user reviews the task and its supporting files, marks it Done, and updates the project to Completed when the work is finished. This is a status workflow, not an approval engine.

Review work tracking in a demo

WorqMate is a distinct product in the FilWorx family. Its current setup uses an enabled HRIS environment. Explore HRIS for employee records and attendance, or Ledger for accounting.

TRANSPARENT WORK VISIBILITY

Three views.
Different questions.

Review project status, recorded time and configured activity tracking. Explain the scope to your team.

Project and task progress

Managers review project/task statuses, task counts and attached files. Employee views show the projects and tasks they have tracked, subject to access rules.

Recorded time

Desktop sessions record worked, break and idle time with account, project and task context. Time spent does not establish that a task is complete.

Work activity

Activity tracking includes input-event counts, app usage, best-effort website visits and periodic screenshots. These depend on configuration and OS permissions. Counts are not typed-content logging or a productivity score.

PLANNED AI / WorqMate

BEFORE WE TALK

Questions about
WorqMate.

The questions worth asking before you choose business software.

What is WorqMate?

WorqMate is an independently branded project management and work-tracking application in the FilWorx product family. It organizes projects and tasks under client accounts and combines status visibility with desktop work-time tracking.

How does it manage projects and tasks?

Authorized users can create projects and tasks, add descriptions and supporting attachments, and update their statuses. Projects include Active, On hold, Completed and Cancelled; tasks include To do, In progress, Done and Cancelled. Team and account assignments determine access. Confirm any individual task-assignment requirements during your demo.

What is the difference between progress, time and activity?

Progress is represented by project and task statuses. Time tracking records work, break and idle duration against an account, project and task. Activity review can include application usage, best-effort website visits and periodic screenshots, depending on configuration and OS permissions. Hours, mouse movement and activity levels are not measures of output quality or productivity.

What can managers and team members see?

Authorized managers can review projects, tasks, open-task counts and work/activity summaries within their access scope. Employee views include projects and tasks they have tracked, their statuses, attachments and time summaries. Team-assigned or self-tracked tasks can be updated where permitted. External client portal access has not been verified.

Does it include deadlines, dependencies or workload planning?

These capabilities have not been verified for the current product scope. The demonstrated workflow centers on project/task organization, status updates, attachments and tracked effort. Confirm any scheduling, capacity, approval or estimated-versus-actual requirements during your demo.

How should work monitoring be introduced?

Explain the tracking scope and purpose to your team before rollout and review the applicable legal requirements. The implementation includes desktop work/break/idle time, input-event counts, app and website activity and periodic screenshots. Input-event counts are not typed-content logging. Confirm access, employee notice and consent arrangements, retention and security during evaluation. A specific consent workflow, retention policy or security guarantee is not included in the stated product scope. Activity counts are not a productivity score.

How does WorqMate relate to HRIS and Ledger?

HRIS covers employee, attendance, leave and payroll workflows. Ledger covers accounting and financial workflows. WorqMate covers project execution, tracked work and status visibility. The current WorqMate desktop uses an enabled HRIS environment and company/team configuration. Standalone provisioning, shared sign-in across all products and automatic WorqMate–Ledger synchronization have not been verified.

Which desktop platforms are supported?

Desktop clients are available for Windows and macOS. Activity detection and screenshot capture depend on OS permissions and company configuration. Confirm supported versions, installation and connectivity requirements in your demo. Complete offline capture and screenshot recovery are not guaranteed.

Is AI available for WorqMate?

AI-assisted production analysis is planned for WorqMate and is not yet available. Detailed scope and release timing have not been confirmed. Current demos cover project and task statuses, attachments and recorded work time. They do not include AI analysis or automated productivity scoring.
