1. Scope and acceptance

This website presents FilWorx HRIS, FilWorx Ledger and WorqMate, products under the FilWorx brand owned by FilWeb Asia Inc. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of this marketing website. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. You may use the website to learn about the products and request a demo. If you submit an inquiry for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so. Use it lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass protections, submit malicious content or misrepresent another person.

2. Free demos and product agreements

FilWorx HRIS and FilWorx Ledger are currently available for free demos. WorqMate is available for demos; confirm its commercial terms separately. Request a demo to discuss pricing and the available setup. Requesting a demo does not create a paid subscription, grant a production license, or commit either party to a particular implementation date or service level. Product scope, account access, support, pricing and any commercial agreement must be confirmed separately.

HRIS and Ledger may be used independently or together with synchronization. Confirm the particular synchronized workflow and configuration for your organization during evaluation.

3. Product descriptions and screenshots

POS, Inventory System, CMS and Digital Marketing Copilot are in development. Submitting an inquiry is not an order, does not grant product access, and does not promise a launch date. The website describes verified workflows with their stated limitations. Screenshots use fictional data and sample periods. Where a preview is restyled or rendered through a web adapter, its caption explains this. An illustration or sample figure is not a performance promise or an actual customer result. Product interfaces and availability may change; confirm the scope that matters to your team.

4. Inquiries and acceptable use

Provide accurate contact information that you are authorized to share. Do not submit confidential employee records, financial documents or sensitive identifiers through the demo form. Do not impersonate others, send spam, introduce harmful code, access systems without authorization or interfere with other users. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property and external links

FilWorx branding and website content belong to their respective rights holders. You may view website content for legitimate product evaluation and internal business reference. Reproduction, redistribution or use of branding beyond what applicable law permits requires the relevant rights holder’s permission. Viewing this website does not transfer intellectual property rights. External links are provided for reference; their content and terms are controlled by their operators.

6. General information and separate agreements

Website content is general product information. Your organization remains responsible for its employment, payroll, accounting and other professional decisions. Any signed product or service agreement governs the services it covers. These website terms do not remove rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Availability and limitations

We take reasonable care with website content, but do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. Changes to a separately agreed product or service remain governed by that agreement.
