Job Description

  • The service specialist monitors freight via various GPS tracking platforms.
  • Answer incoming calls from clients, responding promptly and effectively to client requests.
  • Occasional outbound calls for follow-up.
  • Conveying information within our team in an effective, professional, and accurate manner.
  • Voice and email support–someone who has a sense of responsibility because it is of great importance to respond to emails quickly and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to speak fluently using Standard American English–does not want the client to notice that services are being outsourced offshore at this stage.
  • Knowledge of appropriate etiquette within US professional culture.
  • Excellent proficiency in Standard American English.
  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in collaborative platforms (e.g., Dropbox and Google Sheets)
  • Ability to learn new processes and technologies quickly.
  • Problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to dynamic issues and situations.
  • Attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • Professional etiquette and knowledge of US business culture.
