Job Description

• Contribute to developing the link building strategy to improve the SEO and search engine ranking of websites handled
• Identify and acquire backlink opportunities to increase website traffic, which include blog outreach, forum participation, and social media engagement, to name a few
• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to determine the best target keywords and phrases for link building campaigns
• Interact with outside vendors to build backlinks to our website and implement link building strategy for campaigns; and with SEO Team for SEO strategy implementation
• Contribute to the successful implementation of SEO and digital marketing campaigns by managing third-party service providers
• Manage link building campaigns, which involve building and maintaining healthy links while tracking and analyzing metrics to continuously improve results
• Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO and link building techniques to find new link opportunities while conducting a competitor backlink analysis
• Maintain accurate and organized records of link building activities, including outreach efforts, link placement information, and metrics tracking

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in SEO, including but not limited to backlinking, social bookmarking, directory submission, and reputation management
• Skilled at using related SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, BrightLocal, Google Business Profile, and MOZ; and content management systems (WordPress)
• In-depth knowledge of link building best practices, including knowledge of Google's algorithm updates and their impact on link building efforts
• Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Journalism are a plus
