Job Description

• Maintain and enhance business and workflow processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into functional and design documents.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for system updates and fixes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Support IT-related activities and projects as assigned.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Accounting Technology, or any related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in business process analysis or IT-related roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and project management is an advantage.
