Job Description

  • Review and verify data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy
  • Encode, organize, and maintain information in standardized master files
  • Perform document reviews and resolve discrepancies efficiently
  • Identify recurring data issues and suggest process improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum of 1 year BPO experience handling international accounts
  • Experience in back-office operations, document review, or data processing
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
