Job Description

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with product questions, orders, delivery updates, and general concerns.
  • Provide helpful, respectful, and solutions-focused customer support.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in our system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to help resolve customer requests.
  • Follow up on pending concerns to ensure customers are assisted properly.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply—no prior experience is required.
  • At least Senior High School (Grade 12) completion.
  • Experience in retail, food service, hospitality, sales, or any customer-facing role is highly welcome.
  • Able to communicate clearly in English and Filipino.
