Job Description

  • Assist in payroll preparation and processing with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support billing, invoicing, and payment monitoring activities
  • Maintain and organize financial and administrative records
  • Assist with accounts payable and basic reconciliation tasks
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for operational and administrative needs
  • Perform general administrative and office support tasks

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, Office Administration, Human Resource Management, or any related course
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
