Job Description
- To handle email correspondence for virtual fair support
- To coordinate directly with the client via call/ or chat throughout the shift
- To do other tasks as required and appropriate
Qualifications
- With or without call center experience, but with very good written english communication skills ( and also verbal, interfacing/communicating with the client throughout the shift
- Superior/outstanding documentation skills
- Advanced level of computer literacy (knowledgeable with ms office suite)
- Customer-oriented/focused
- Keen attention to detail
- Knowledge retention
