DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Supervises staff, ensures employees follow policies and procedures, maintains a healthy and safe work environment, and disciplinary recommendations • Identifies, responds to, and resolves issues and concerns from customers or related to safety issues • Assists employees with complex trades activities and/or maintenance jobs • Promotes and advances safety • Provides on-call service to building facilities • Maintains regular attendance and punctuality • Performs other duties of a similar nature or leve
Qualifications
