Job Description

  • Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals. Identify target audiences and market segments to tailor campaigns effectively. Stay updated with industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
  • Content Creation and Management: Create high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing. Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings (SEO). Plan and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns using platforms like Google Ads.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Create and curate content, schedule posts, and engage with the audience.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns. Segment email lists for targeted messaging and personalization.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness. Use tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic and user behavior. Provide regular reports and insights to guide decision-making.
  • Paid Advertising: Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others. Allocate budgets effectively and optimize campaigns for ROI.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates through A/B testing and optimization techniques.
  • Marketing Automation: Implement marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing and customer engagement.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics and tracking tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus
  • Certifications in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are advantageous
