Job Description

  • Act as a direct support for Director with various office tasks such as creating marketing materials
  • Outbound sales calls
  • Find leads online (B2B businesses in United States)
  • Sell our services via calls and emails
  • Be in charge of the CRM
  • Handle call center services when required
  • Communicate closely with Director to plan and execute
  • Report any issues to Director
  • Execute strategies according to timeline

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the Customer Service or Sales related field.
  • Required Skill(s): Computer Skills, Communication Skills, Time Management Skills, Less Supervision, Attention to Details, Organizational Skills,
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
