Job Description

• Extensive cold-calling and telemarketing/appointment setting experience for a software product especially in the medical/mental health field
• Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
• Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e. G. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in english
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
• Persistent and results-oriented
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection.

Qualifications

• Heavy emphasis on cold-calling
• College degree, or equivalent experience
• Ability to learn and absorb materials quickly
• Can withstand pressure and possess a positive, “can do” attitude
• Can work with a minimal or without supervision
• Good work ethics
