Job Description

• Prepare detailed layout plans and drawings for building permit applications and construction
• Conceptualize store design concepts and layouts for Lawson branches.
• Assist the Construction Manager in managing and coordinating design and planning activities.
• Identify and resolve engineering or design issues during the pre-construction phase.
• Coordinate with internal and external project teams to ensure design standards and deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Industrial Technology Major in Drafting, or any related course
• Must be a Licensed Architect
• At least 1 year of experience in commercial or retail projects (e.g., convenience stores)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
