Responsibilities: Monitor computer systems and respond to alerts Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups and system updates Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to end-users Maintain accurate records of system performance and maintenance activities Collaborate with other IT professionals to improve system efficiency Requirements: Proven experience as a Computer Operator or similar role Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and hardware Familiarity with operating systems, such as Windows and Linux Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to end-users Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Excellent communication and collaboration skills
