Job Description

  • Respond promptly to pre- and post-sales inquiries via phone, chat, and/or e-mail for all campaigns being handled
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
  • Explain procedures to clients, answer questions, and provide information in a clear and timely manner
  • Maintain sales and support records and generate reports
  • Do other tasks as required


  • College graduates of any course or degree. High school graduates and those who finished any vocational or short course/s are also accepted as long as they qualify the assessment.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Can communicate eloquently verbally and in written form
  • With excellent listening and documentation skills
  • Able to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
