Job Description

  • Recognize the need for queries to be escalated
  • Communicate at all levels with all constituencies – external/internal customers and senior management
  • Initiate change and process improvement
  • Go the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Handle multiple customer service activities.
  • Establish rapport with clients of all sorts
  • Deal with all calls politely, courteously, professionally, and assertively
  • Match customers’ needs to clients’ products and services
  • Negotiate and influence the customers to buy-in
  • Adhere to agreed processes and to meet required work standards, targets, and objectives
  • Meet quota
  • Other related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior and/or the management

Qualifications

  • At least High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field
  • At least 1 year of work experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably 1-4 years as experienced employee specializing in customer service or equivalent
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor issues and concerns
