Job Description

• Research wide-ranging topics online to create original, fact-filled, and engaging articles in accordance with the client's needs
• Write clear marketing copy to promote our products and services
• Prepare well-structured drafts using content management systems
• Maintain strict adherence not only to client’s standards but also to FilWeb’s guidelines in writing and grammar
• Utilize search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, which include target keywords incorporated into the contents, proper keyword density and placement, and metadata filling
• Demonstrate efficiency in planning, prioritizing, and coordinating multiple projects
• Fulfill other related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior and/or the management

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a content writer, copywriter or similar role
• Experience in web content development based on SEO techniques
• Thorough knowledge of standard writing practices, including article writing, ethics, and digital media content
• Ability to adhere to varying standards and requirements as stipulated by clients
• Familiarity with web publications and content management systems such as WordPress
• Advanced skills in the English language evident in grammar, spelling, writing, and editing
• Ability to meet deadlines
• With a portfolio of published articles
• Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, or communications is a plus
