Job Description
- Review and implement strategic changes for SEO clients on an ongoing basis
- Prepare client keyword ranking and analytics reports
- Provide feedback, reports, and improvement analysis to the SEO manager
- Conduct keyword and competitor research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
- Perform keyword mapping and meta tag creation
- Work with the development team to ensure application of best SEO practices
- Analyze strategy and direction for the SEO copywriters
- Collaborate with editorial and content marketing teams to drive SEO content creation
- Perform customer liaison (with manager support) on key projects where guaranteed staff time is provided
- Keep up to date with the SEO industry changes and the latest practices and procedures for website optimization and feed this information back into our products and our people
- Manage a portfolio of SEO clients
- Drive innovative SEO solutions
Qualifications
- Basic HTML page/website creation and blog creation
- Demonstrates a strong passion for working in the SEO field
- With 3 years of experience in the SEO industry
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Advanced writing, grammar, spelling, editing, and English skills with a creative flair
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team member
- Knowledge of programming is a plus, but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, or a writing-related field is a plus.
