Job Description

• Basic HTML page/web site creation and blog creation
• Demonstrates a strong passion for working in the SEO field
• 3 years of experience in the SEO Industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office business applications is a plus
• Knowledge in programming is a plus, but not required
• Worked in a fast-paced work environment
• Advanced writing, grammar, spelling, editing and English skills with a creative flair
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team member
• Effective multi-tasking capability
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English or writing-related field is a plus

Qualifications

• Keep up to date with the SEO industry changes and the latest practices and procedures for web site optimization and feed this information back into our products and our people
• Manage a portfolio of SEO clients
• Drive innovative SEO solutions
• Review and implement strategic changes for SEO clients on an ongoing basis
• Keyword research
• Keyword mapping and meta tag creation
• Analyze strategy and direction for the SEO copy writers
• Prepare client keyword ranking and analytics reports
• Provide feedback, reports, and improvement analysis to the SEO Manager
• Perform customer liaison (with manager support) on key projects where guaranteed staff time is provided
• Other related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior and/or the management
