Excellent sql-fu skills on sql server. Must know how to write performant sql queries and capable of designing good database architecture. Use the index luke.
Must know how to write well-designed object-oriented code. A good understanding of functional programming paradigm is cool to have too. C# is our primary programming language in the back end. We also use javascript for our web front end code.
Knows how to gather technical specifications and develop features without relying on a dedicated business analyst
Capable of learning new technologies as needed within reasonable time-frame.
