Job Description

  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule
  • Track, record, and summarize sales and expense reports
  • Handle billing, client invoicing, and accounts payable
  • Assist with government permits and compliance-related requirements
  • Coordinate with suppliers and support general office operations
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate contacts

Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative and/or accounting roles
  • Familiarity with government benefits and compliance processes is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
