- Act as a direct support for director with various office tasks such as creating marketing materials
- Outbound sales calls
- Find leads online (b2b businesses in united states)
- Sell our services via calls and emails
- Be in charge of the CRM
- Handle call center services when required
- Communicate closely with director to plan and execute
- Report any issues to director
- Execute strategies according to timeline
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor's/college degree in business studies/administration/management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the customer service or sales related field.
- Required skill(s): computer skills, communication skills, time management skills, less supervision, attention to details, organizational skills,
- Preferably 1-4 yrs experienced employee specialized in customer service or equivalent.
