Job Description

- Implementation of Standard Operating Procedure

- Monitoring of delivery parcel, shipping and Cash On Delivery

- Resolving problematic parcels

- Monitoring Return to Sender packages

- Conduct Quality Control Case Report

- Monitoring VIP customers

Qualifications

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer related course

- At least one (1) year of experience in BPO Contact Center is advantage

Effective written and verbal communication skills

- A high level of attention to detail

- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently

- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks

- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

- Good organization skills

- Good leadership ability
