Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic call center lead who can work from home to manage our team of call center personnel

You will be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. You must be comfortable presenting the services of Anavara over the phone as well as dealing with issues.



Demonstrated experience in call center operations and ability to manage a team of 6- 10 persons.  Providing past experience is a must for this position. 

Proficient in MS office  

Ability to communicate exceptionally well via telephone and email.

Be able to manage confidential information and /issues using discretion, sensitivity, empathy and sound judgement. 


Manage the call center operatives who are working from home by calling everyone on a daily basis and recording their performance for the previous day, as well as planning for the day.

Guide call center personnel to convert leads into actual clients. If they have any issues, assistem them or if you are unable to - escalate it to management. 


Have a broad band at home for making VOIP calls.

Possess a smartphone.

Possess a desktop or laptop at home to access CRM and update the same. (will be provided to exceptional candidates)

A head phone preferably with noise cancellation like Bose or similar. 

Demonstrate the ability to prioritize competing tasks and manage time effectively.

Presentable and confident in face-to-face meetings (online videos).

Strong networking skills.

Motivated self-starter.
