Job Description

Acha Company Limited based in Bangkok Thailand (http://www.achadirect.com/) is a leading wholesale supplier of the best quality Body Jewelry and has an extensive customer base all over the world.


As a growing institution, we are looking for an exceptional Executive Administrative Assistant to join our remote team to perform complex and advanced administrative duties.




What We Offer

  • Starting monthly salary of 400 USD (salary raise after a year)


  • 167 to a maximum of 185 working hours/month (Monday - Friday only ; you will not be required to work during the weekends)

Working Hours


 

  • Flexible working hours and days – you have the liberty to organize your time as long as you can immediately work on and finish the given tasks.  Recommended working Time is 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Bangkok Time (BKK) or sometimes Israel Time (Tel Aviv)




Duties and Responsibilities



  • Provide support to the top executive


  • Handle executive’s requests and queries appropriately


  • Provide general administrative and clerical support


  • Draft documents, emails, and correspondence


  • Handle research-related tasks


  • Organize and maintain electronic files 


  • Perform data entry


  • Maintain contact list


  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems


  • Perform other administrative duties that may be assigned from time to time 

Qualifications


  • Must be over 25 years of age


  • Mush have more than 3 years of work experience 


  • Proficiency in MS Office, Gmail and Google Documents is a must


  • Has good command of the English language


  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work


  • Good research skills


  • Attention to detail 


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Strong organizational skills and problem solving skills with the ability to multitask


  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant  is a plus


  • Own a computer with stable internet connection


  • Responsive to Skype and other messaging platforms


  • Bachelor’s degree
